Mix 2 cups of water with 1 cup of jowar rava dosa mix and let it sit for 15 minutes. Optionally, add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, and onion. Heat a tava over medium heat, pour the batter to form a dosa, and add 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee. Cook until crispy and golden-brown, then serve with sambhar or chutney.
