Bengal gram, Toor Dal, Red Chilly, Hing, Semolina & Curry leaves

  • Semolina
  • Moong Dal
  • Ghee
  • Ginger
  • Cold Pressed Oil
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin seed


In a rice cooker, add 1 measure of Rava Pongal Mix with 3.5 measures of water. Cook on low flame for 6–8 minutes until it whistles. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl. Mix in chopped ginger and curry leaves, and top with 2 spoons of ghee if desired. Serve with chutney and sambar.
